Trauma-Informed Care

My Approach

Research-based care, grounded in connection.

My work draws from research-based modalities to explore the connection between relationships, the nervous system, and past and present emotional experience, helping you develop healthier patterns and a stronger sense of self.

Somatic & Mindfulness-Based Practices

Body-based awareness and mindfulness bring you into the present moment, helping regulate overwhelming emotions from the bottom up.

Trauma-Informed Care

Understanding how past experiences live in the body and nervous system helps us process them safely and reduce their grip on your present life.

Attachment & Relational Therapy

We explore how early relational experiences shape the way you connect with others today, creating space for more secure, authentic connection.

Restoration Therapy

We identify the cycles keeping you stuck and find your way back to peace.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy

No part of you is the problem. IFS helps us get curious about all of them.

How we work together

Slowing down to find a new way of relating to yourself.

Many of the clients I work with feel caught in cycles, repeating relationship patterns, feeling overwhelmed by emotions, or struggling to understand their place in the world. Therapy provides space to slow down and better understand these experiences, creating room for new ways of relating to yourself and the people around you.

Together, we explore the factors contributing to anxiety, relationship stress, and self-doubt while building emotional regulation skills, understanding attachment patterns, and strengthening your sense of identity and self-trust.

Over time, this work can lead to greater insight, healthier ways of coping, more fulfilling relationships, and a deeper, more grounded sense of self.
